Our Cinnamon Oak hard cider is aged with whole cascia cinnamon bark and medium toast American oak chips. It is sweet and tastes like apple pie.

Our Ginger hard apple cider is aged with fresh ginger root that is filtered out when bottled. It is spicy, crisp, and semi-dry. It is best served cold and is very refreshing. Try combining with clear spirits for a simple cocktail.

Our Citrus hard cider is aged with lemon, grapefruit, and orange peel. It is mostly dry and best served cold.

Our Charred Vanilla hard cider is semi-dry and aged with charred American Oak, whole vanilla beans, and chicory root. It has a toasted vanilla flavor and is best served slightly chilled in a concave wine glass.

Our Elderfusion hard cider is aged with dried elderflowers and infused with dried elderberries. It is sweet and floral (elderflower) with a tart finish (elderberry). It is semi-sweet with a slight rose blush.

Our Wintercrisp hard cider is mostly dry, aged with cinnamon, paradise seed, and juniper. It has a hint of pin and is best enjoyed slightly chilled in a concave wine glass.

Our Pumpkin Spice hard cider is aged with all the spices (in whole form) that go into a pumpkin pie. This includes nutmeg, cinnamon, star anise, clove, and allspice berry. It is semi-sweet and perfect for a crisp fall day.

Our Hopped hard cider is dry hopped with fresh leaf Citra Hops. Dry hopping is a process where fresh hops are infused into the cider for 7-10 days, then filtered out. It captures the flavor profile of the hops without the bitterness or IBUs associated with hoppy beers. Our cider is semi-dry with fruit and citrus notes.
